Student Emergency Response Team (SERT) is a committee under the TAMS Medical Society with the purpose of educating the student body about the quintessential procedures necessary for emergencies and disaster relief, some of which being CPR/AED, and First Aid. We aim to accomplish our goals through our selection of CPR/First Aid demonstrations and numerous opportunities to get certified throughout the year. Knowing the skills of basic life support can help anywhere, anytime regardless of the situation--allowing us to become more involved and serve our communities regardless of our future professions. We hope you join us and have a great time being involved with SERT this year!

Hey y’all! My name is Brandy and I am so excited to be one of your World Health Committee Heads! I attended Bellaire High School in Houston, TX. I was a part of the Pre-Med Biomedical Engineering Track and am currently in the CS track but I still hope to work in medicine. In my free time, I like watching TV, chilling with friends, napping, and playing volleyball. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or just want to meet someone new!
